Bengaluru delivery coverage

We deliver to the Bengaluru city pincodes accepted by our live pincode checker. Enter your pincode on the storefront or at checkout before ordering. Outlying district areas and other cities are not currently included.

Your delivery address

A valid, serviceable six-digit pincode is mandatory. Address details can be entered in your own format, including short house numbers, longer directions and multiple lines. There is no required street-address format. Please include enough information for the rider to find you and keep your mobile number reachable.

An address saved to your account remains available when you sign in again with the same verified mobile number. You can edit or delete it in Your account.

Delivery windows

• Available windows are shown at checkout: normally morning 7–10 AM, midday 12–3 PM and evening 5–8 PM. On Fridays the midday window is 10 AM–12:30 PM.
• You can choose from available dates up to 4 days shown in checkout. Orders close 2 hours before a window starts.
• A window is a delivery estimate, not an exact arrival time. Traffic, weather or operational issues can cause delays. Check your order page for updates.

Minimum order and charges

• Minimum order value: ₹300.
• Free delivery for orders of ₹999 or more; otherwise ₹49.
• The total, delivery charge and payment option are displayed before you place the order.

Receiving your order

Orders are delivered chilled. Please arrange for someone to receive the order and refrigerate it promptly. If the rider cannot find the address or reach you, we will review whether another attempt or slot is possible and explain any resulting charges before agreeing them with you.
