These terms apply to use of LAHM and purchases from LAHM. Read them together with our delivery, privacy and refunds policies before placing an order.
Your account and information
Sign in using a mobile number you control and a valid OTP. Keep codes and private order links secure. Provide accurate order and delivery details. Addresses remain linked to your account when you log out and return with the same number.
Products, quantities and pricing
The product page and checkout show the selected cut, quantity, price and available preparation options. Fresh cuts can vary in weight by up to ±5%. Report a shortfall, incorrect charge or unsuitable product through order support. Product illustrations and packaging images are indicative; the selected product and order details govern your purchase.
The payable total and any delivery charge are shown before you submit. Checkout currently offers cash on delivery or UPI on delivery. LAHM does not collect an advance online payment through this checkout.
Order confirmation and fulfilment
Submitting an order produces an order number and a private tracking page. We may contact you to clarify preparation or delivery details. Availability, accepted pincodes and delivery windows are shown in the live checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will explain the issue and apply the refunds and cancellation policy.
Food information
LAHM offers halal meat and poultry. Our FSSAI registration number is 21226195001063. Separate certification details will be provided when applicable and available.
Reviews and acceptable use
Reviews and reports should relate to your actual experience. Do not submit abusive content, misleading claims, other people's personal information or material you do not have permission to share. We may moderate such content or restrict misuse of the service.
Storage and consumer rights
Refrigerate perishable products promptly and follow safe storage and cooking practices. Report any concern about the delivered product. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and disputes
Contact us first through Help & order support or Contact & grievances so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Indian law applies. Any applicable consumer forum or other competent authority remains available to you.
